1. Who operates Gritmo

Gritmo is operated by DRIPSPIN S.R.L., registered at Str. Ghiosesti nr. 325, Oras Comarnic, Prahova, Romania, tax identification number (CUI) 52790239. Our principal activity is CAEN 6391 - Web portal activities. You can contact us at hello@dripspin.ro.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Gritmo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What Gritmo provides

Gritmo provides cycling route, ride-analysis, performance-model, workout and smart trainer features. Features may be experimental, may change, and may not work with every browser, device, trainer or third-party service.

Unless a paid offer expressly states otherwise, Gritmo is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce, change or discontinue free or paid features in the future, with appropriate notice where required by law.

4. Fitness and health

Gritmo is a training and analysis tool, not a medical device or medical service. Power targets, Critical Power, W', fatigue, recovery and other outputs are estimates and must not be treated as diagnosis or medical advice.

Exercise carries inherent risks. Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a training programme when your health circumstances require it.

5. Smart trainer use

Trainer control can change resistance automatically. Before every session, check that the bicycle and trainer are correctly installed, the riding area is clear, the equipment is maintained, and the trainer manufacturer permits the intended use.

• Remain able to stop pedalling and end trainer control immediately.
• Do not use targets or gradients that are unsafe for you or your equipment.
• Do not leave a controlled trainer running unattended.
• Follow the trainer manufacturer's safety, setup and compatibility guidance.

Bluetooth, FTMS and proprietary implementations vary between manufacturers and firmware versions. A successful connection does not guarantee complete or error-free control of a particular trainer.

6. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must have the right to upload or connect activity, route and profile data submitted to Gritmo. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Gritmo unlawfully or in a way that endangers another person;
• attempt to bypass security, access another user's data, or disrupt the service;
• upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights;
• misrepresent Gritmo estimates as certified medical or safety measurements.

8. Third-party services and equipment

Gritmo may interoperate with services and products supplied by others, including activity platforms, mapping providers, browsers and trainer manufacturers. Their own terms, privacy notices and technical limitations apply. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, data or equipment.

9. Intellectual property

Gritmo, its software, design and original content are owned by DRIPSPIN S.R.L. or used under licence. You retain ownership of content and activity data you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display them to provide the service.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Gritmo may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss caused by incompatible or defective third-party services or equipment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability for our fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such liability cannot be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Gritmo at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, equipment, data or the service, or where these terms are materially breached. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as Gritmo develops. We will publish the updated date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice where required. Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Disputes are handled by the courts competent under applicable law.
